The Vision
The vision of the Joseph Business School is simple. Our objective is to become the premier Christian Education and Resource Center empowering people to achieve their business, personal and professional goals through leadership training, entrepreneurship and executive coaching. Our goal is to provide not only a solution that creates economic development through the establishment of entrepreneurial businesses, but to also restore self-esteem and a sense of hope and dignity to all of its participants.
The Joseph Business School’s global vision is to build world-class, state-of-the-art business schools that educate Christians on how to become successful entrepreneurs and business leaders using the Word of God. In addition, the schools will produce entrepreneurs who will be a blessing to the community, the nation and the world - such that the world will recognize that they are truly under the anointing of God!
The mission of the Joseph Business School is to select and train believers (who have been called to be entrepreneurs) in the practical aspects of starting and running a business using biblical principles.
We believe that entrepreneurship is a calling from God and The Joseph Business School is an instrument in the hand of God to help train leaders worldwide that will make His plan for this earth a reality.
The Need
Traditionally, there has been little distinction between the people in the church and those living in the world when it comes to everyday living and solving life’s problems.
Nationally and internationally we are very familiar with the hopelessness and despair that permeates the hearts of so many people. At the root of these feelings are low self-esteem and a poor self-image that cuases people not to look beyond their circumstances to see the opportunities that exist all around them. In many cases this leaders to higher unemployment, dependency on government assistance or underemployment in low-paying jobs.
If these root cuases are not addressed, they are usually passed down to future generations, perpetuating a vicious cycle of poverty and economic bondage. Entrepreneurship rooted in character, inegrity and moral values is an effective means of addressing the social and economic needs of this population.
The need for training, nurturing and supporting is just as great for those who are not faced with poverty cirucmstances. Would-be entrepreneurs are hungry for anything that will improve their chances of success. Increasing their chances for success is a key objective of the Joseph Business School.
